Avery says...

Avery was having a moment, a screaming moment, she didn't want to take a nap. She was sitting on the couch with her blanket over her head crying. I was trying to ignore her and was sitting on the other end. I hear this, "HEY MOM!! THERE'S A BUGGIE!!!" She was freaking out because there was a fly on the couch! A fly?! Really?!

The other morning, Rylee was crying and waking up. Avery ran in to see her and I was listening to the monitor as Avery was trying to soothe her sister. I heard "Ryee, (she can't say her L's) it's okay, do you want your mom to come get you?" I was dying! I'm your mom too Aves! Then she came in and told me that Rylee wanted me to go get her! Funny girl!

FREE Fun downtown!

Radio Disney was hosting a FREE fun day downtown and we decided to go check it out!
Avery riding the train!

My cute Rylee trying not to sweat in her carseat!

Playing in the water! Mom of the Year forgot her swimming suit, so she swam in her shirt and undies!

Haylee enjoying herself with her feet up!
It actually turned out to be kind of fun! You can't beat free and it was something different to do. My mom, Jaymie, Beckee and all the kids went. My dad and Jake met up with us to say hi!

Dance Recital at Bingham

Who would have thought that Jake and my child would be such the performer! I'm not sure she got any of those traits from either of us! She was sooo stinking cute! She had a dress rehearsal the night before and when it was her turn to get up and show her stuff, tears of pride came to my eyes. You never will experience that kind of pride until you have a child. From the first day of dance up until now, she has come so far and has learned so much!

She was the first performance and did such an awesome job! Such a big deal for 2:18 minutes! They did their princess dance that they have been learning in their class. Miss Kris's mom was there and said, out of all the years of Kris teaching, this was by far the best "2 year old" dance she has ever seen! THAT's my girl!! Avery was hysterical! She was dancing in the isle watching the older kids dance. I love her squishy body in her dance outfit! Avery had gotten a cold that day and wasn't feeling very well, but as soon as she was in her costume and getting ready to dance, she had forgotten how crummy she was feeling! Thanks everyone who came to support our few minutes of fame! It was kind of a lot work for something so short, but it was so worth it to me! I love my little ballerina! GREAT JOB AVES!
Ellyiah and Avery (Avery ADDORES Ellyiah, she is always asking if Ellyiah is going to be at dance class)
