24th of July

For the 24th, we all went and hung out with my mom's neighborhood. They had a taco truck, bounce houses and fireworks! My kids loved it! It was fun!

Sam...he thinks he's so cool!! ;)

My mom's friend...She wanted a picture so they could prove that they are friends!!

Spanish Fork Rodeo

My family and some of my mom's family went down and watched the Spanish Fork rodeo. I get so emotional when they play the Star Spangled Banner. I'm pretty grateful for this country we live in and the freedoms we enjoy!

We have all laughed at this picture, Ben was squinting at the sun and was caught at the right moment!!

It's A....another GIRL!!

So...it's another girl!! We took the girls to the ultrasound this time. It was pretty fun to have them there, even though they have no clue what's going on. As we were walking out...Jake says..."that's a million bucks right there!! Four weddings and four colleges!!!" I could just see the wheels turning in his head! I walked out thinking "I really need to find a swing to replace the one I just sold"!!

This pregnancy has been so different than the rest. I thought for sure it was a boy. I was pretty nauseated in the beginning, but have never thrown up like I did with the other three. I am pretty tired, but sometimes I wonder if I really am pregnant! I'm definitely getting bigger and have to keep talking to myself to have faith that this little one will make it here safely. Funny that people give birth all the time, yet it is such a miraculous thing that we all make it here ok.

The Zoo with cousins

We love the zoo! It's been so fun to have a pass and not feel like we have to spend the entire day to get our moneys worth. The dinosaur exhibit was at the zoo this time and it gave the kids something else to look at. Some spit water, they could be archeologists and dig in the sand for bones, some moved and roared, it was great!

watching the elephants

We went to sit in the shade and watch the kids dig in the sand and a lady with her family came over and sat next to us. They were speaking a different language. Jaymie and I were wondering what language it was. Avery leaned over, like it was something we should already know and says "it was German"!! I asked her if she understood what they said and she said yes. That the boy needed a drink or something. I was amazed that she understood it only after a year of learning German!! I was really impressed!!
