Flaming Gorge

This year we went up to Flaming Gorge. Jake has wanted to go take the girls on a vacation for a while now. He works a ton and feels like he needs to be with them. I love that about him!! So, we packed up the trailer and headed out! My parents, Sam and Haley also came up for a couple of days. We rented a kayak, swam in the lake, toured the dam and went on a hike! The girls love to be with their dad and love to be outside! They are so fun! ...Rylee thinks she is pretty funny and can get everyone rolling! We had lots of good times around the campfire!

We also had a run-in with the birds. There was a nest on the bathrooms with babies in it and the adult birds would swoop down and attack you as you walked by! My kids were terrified. It was pretty funny to watch everyone try to go to the bathroom without being attacked!
First time eating candy...I'm fairly certain she loved it!

This girl can do anything! She was a pro!!

Exhausted after being at the lake

The shear drop off. All I could think about, was one of my children falling off the cliff. It gave me HORRIBLE anxiety!! lol!

We hiked about 3 miles to this lookout. It was a shear drop off. I was a nervous wreck. We packed sandwiches and had dinner and watched the sun set, almost. We saw a couple bunnies and a couple deer. The kids did such a great job! It was definitely breathtaking!! We made it back to the truck right as it was getting dark! The kids were great sports!

Headphones for the save!

We were having issues with the truck, so we drove down to vernal to have it checked out. While we were there, we stopped by the dinosaur museum. Totally dumb. Not worth the money! The kids were not that impressed!! Ha ha!!

Seriously, laughing pictures are the absolute best!!

After the party left (my mom, dad, Sam and Haley), we rented a kayak/raft

After 5 hours in her carseat, she was still happy...
