Jake is the best dad. Seriously. I had gone to Bear Lake for a scrapbook retreat and we had purchased tickets to go see the U of U gymnastics that Saturday. I wasn't able to make it home in time, so he packed up the girls and went with them. Just the three of them. He is such a good sport. They all came home so excited to what they had seen. They loved it! Rylee was a little restless towards the end, but he said she did great!!
For the past two years, we have taken Avery to Disney on Ice. Jake says that if we are going to go, we need to have "good" seats. So, we sat 4 rows from the ice!! Avery loved going and it was so fun to be with her to see her get so excited. Jake always lets loose a little when it comes to buying the girls things. He bought her popcorn, a Tangled flag, a snow cone, a cinderella. She asks and he gives. He is not normally like that, but he wants the experience to be fun and to be memorable. She kept saying we were going to "Disneyland!!" ....hopefully she doesn't figure out what she is missing out on!
