New Year's Eve

This year, we had New Year's Eve over at the Searle's. Josh is in town and Bob is his really good friend, so it was fun to be with everyone! Nick and Amy Powell, with their kids. Troy and Kristin Brown, with their kids, Bob and Chantal with their kids, and us, made quite the group! We played BINGO and had prizes and surprisingly we stayed until midnight! I think all the adults were shocked that we made it that late! We all brought appetizers and had a great time. I decided to put Rylee down for bed about 9:30 and just kept my phone on to listen for her. Not worth keeping a baby up until midnight!! It was a great time and I think all the kids had fun too! Thanks Bob and Chantal for having all of us crazies over!

New Do

I needed a new do, so I had Aubrey come over. We tried doing an ombre....but needless to say, it didn't work. 5 hours later, this is the end result. I decided to go dark for the winter...and I kinda like it!  I guess it's good to post a couple here and there to remember what I looked like!! :)

Christmas!-Picture overload :)

Christmas Eve we spent at my parent's new house. I loved it. It was comfortable and for me, it isn't necessarily where I'm at, but who I'm with. I have the best family ever and I love spending time with them!
Do you see that cute little Christmas tree in the background??....My parent's cute neighbors saw that they were moving in and figured they wouldn't have any decorations, so they brought over a tree for them! I love them and I don't even know them!! So cute!

The "many" faces of this munchkin!

Remember cute James. Every year we let balloons go to remember our sweet little angel.

I'm not really sure why I LOVE this picture. The innocence of a 20 month old,  figuring out what the world is all about.
My cute little "poser"

Love these three

These two were at the counter eating chips and water while the nativity was going on.  They could have cared less what was going on behind them. They were so cute giggling and sneaking chips.

We watched the Nativity and had a little spiritual lesson and then opened gifts. My parents gave all the grandkids rollerblades. My girls LOVE them! They are constantly wearing them.

Christmas morning is crazy as always. The girls made out like bandits and got spoiled rotten again this year. They got a lot of summer things and that makes it kind of hard to enjoy your toys, especially when it's only 7* degrees outside. Josh was a good sport and helped the girls ride their wiggle cars he had gotten them.

Avery's Gymnastic "Peeformance"

This last June, we put Avery in gymnastics at Jolley's Gymnastics. It is strictly tumbling, but she absolutely loves it. She has progressed so much in the last six months. It is so fun to watch her. Today was her "peeformance" as she calls it. And she did great! She was so excited to perform! Both my parents and Jake's parents were able to come and watch. They have 20 girls in the class and only two teachers! It's quite impressive. Deanna, is her teacher, and surprisingly, she and my mom went to high school together. Deanna is really strict, which is soooo good for Avery. Avery has learned to do a cartwheel (which is now quite controlled, where before she was all over the place), a one-handed cartwheel, stratal rolls, as well as round-offs and the splits. Each girl has a chart that they get stickers when they complete a "trick". Avery has completed three charts so far, and is so proud! It's so fun to watch her develop and grow. Although she is one of the two smallest in the class, she does quite well for her self.
Way to go Aves!

All the girls and Deanna and Crystal (the helper)-I think there were two girls missing this day.
