We love the zoo! It's been so fun to have a pass and not feel like we have to spend the entire day to get our moneys worth. The dinosaur exhibit was at the zoo this time and it gave the kids something else to look at. Some spit water, they could be archeologists and dig in the sand for bones, some moved and roared, it was great!

| We went to sit in the shade and watch the kids dig in the sand and a lady with her family came over and sat next to us. They were speaking a different language. Jaymie and I were wondering what language it was. Avery leaned over, like it was something we should already know and says "it was German"!! I asked her if she understood what they said and she said yes. That the boy needed a drink or something. I was amazed that she understood it only after a year of learning German!! I was really impressed!! |
